After watching "WHAT THE HEALTH" on Netflix my entire outlook on what "healthy' meant was changed. The documentary really spoke to me & as a result I've decided to become Vegan. I've already started experimenting with a lot of different recipes & here I will share my favorites. Eating VEGAN does not have to mean you no longer get to enjoy food. I'm determined to recreate my food favorites so that I do not have to feel deprived & share them with all of you!
